drinking the green kool-aid

Green kool-aid is how I like to describe the cult-like experience of raw food, or really any crazy diet. People always seem half-fascinated and half-horrified by my commitment to cleaning my colon, so I thought I'd share my experiences in excruciating detail. As with any train wreck, it's hard to look away. Nonetheless, I've managed to pick up some comrades along the way, as a result of my dear friends' curiosity and solidarity. Others interested in drinking the green kool-aid, holla.

i'm so fruity.

-banana
-cantaloupe smoothie
-other half of my rawsome dinner - marinated vegetables, raw lasagna
-couple of flax crackers
-leftover raw cheesecake
-some dried apricots, handful of almonds
-banana with (not so raw) peanut butter

i was hungry but felt kind of weird in the belly. is it possible to eat too much fruit? it's probably a bit too much sugar. i need to eat more vegetables, but they really have to be well-prepared for me to be interested in eating them raw. send suggestions my way. also, i have been sadly bar-deficient in recent days. this needs to be remedied.
