an important word about treats
those of you who know me are aware that i am obsessed with treats. usually, i prefer things of the baked and/or chocolate variety, but in a pinch, if it's sweet, i'll eat it. though i am forever trying to cut back on the sweet stuff i often celebrate dessert multiple times during the day. however, since i started this detox, i have not yet craved any kind of sugar whatsoever. apparently the fenugreek i'm taking balances blood sugar levels and cuts back on these cravings. i don't care how smelly it makes me - this is amazing!
