a little raw; a little cooked.
saturday was a pretty cooked day.
-green shake
-green curry tofu with rice; raw-ish spring roll
-jerk tofu; rice; homemade samosa; vegan chocolate raspberry cake
-fruit salad
i went to a birthday party and the cooked food was amazing and i could not pass it up. it was also vegan, so i didn't feel too bad. i also went to the gym. i seem to be holding steady at 113 lbs.
sunday was a mixed bag, but overall pretty raw.
-fruit salad
-some leftover green curry tofu (not much); raw snow peas
-raw mushrooms with non-raw sun-dried tomato hummus and tapenade (this was probably actually raw!)
-more fruit salad, handful of almonds
-some coconut/date/almond/hazelnut stuff
