lots of food.
i pigged out again. and yes, i was grazing. i couldn't help it!
-green shake
-spinach, 1 carrot and 3/4 c. zucchini hummus
-a million coconut-date rolls - seriously i could not stop putting these into my mouth
-1 c honeydew
-spinach salad with 1 tomato, 1 avocado, ground flax, apple cider vinegar and olive oil
-handful of cashews
-filter bar - i cannot believe i ate this after pigging out all day!
