day 1 update
feeling a bit better now that i have some tasty food (well, relatively) in my system.
lunch was a rather disappointing rice paste with strawberry topping, and some cauliflower.
did i mention the wheatless, cookedless, saltless bread with unsalted pb (which was sort of ew).
then, a larabar (Which was good---) and some raisins. a white tea with honey.
then....matzah (i figured 2 pieces is within my 2 slices of bread limit) with tomato and olive oil. and some unsalted tortilla chips.
i feel like that time of the month might be coming up (judging by my skin) thank god for tj's bittersweet chocolate, which, now that i think about it, might have salt. eek
