I love raw. Today was the first day during all of this that I have felt truly awesome. I did a bunch more food prep and scored my third young coconut. I made some date coconut rolls per your suggestion, and also made new and improved guacamole and carrot salad (this one with coconut). I also made some rockin' nut bar type things with cacao bits and goji berries. Awesome! I also shit 4 times before 5:00. That's crazy. I'm thinking this is the new psyllium?
Day 10:
-2 Filter bars
-1c carrot salad
-plum
-2T almond butter
-3 carrots
-4 carrots
-1/2 avocado
-handful of cashews
-spinach salad with sprouts
-1/4c coconut cream
-1/2c berries
