day 4. another day, another salad.
Feeling pretty good!
-- green shake: the best I've made so far!
-- leftover nori roll with nut pate and veggies; a couple of pieces of bell pepper stuffed with nut pate
-- orange
-- banana
-- salad: spinach, radishes, carrots, sunflower sprouts, sprouted lentils, avocado and tomatoes with lemon juice and olive oil.
-- a couple of dates with shredded coconut
I had the most pleasant psyllium experience of my life this morning: I mixed a full tablespoon with apple juice and skipped the bentonite. It was so easy!
Also, I think my hunger is finally in check. I've been feeling pretty satisfied today.
My quinoa is already sprouting! I'm totally pro.
